Kilgore Films was formed in February 2018 by English actor Robin Kirwan. Having got to the point in his career, where he had appeared in over fifty independent productions, he decided to use that experience to start making his own films.
American cinema from the 1970s is his main influence and the name Kilgore, as well as being a town in Texas, is taken from Robert Duval’s character in Apocalypse Now.
While acting remains Robin’s main focus, he has made a number of short films, has produced his first feature and has another in development.
